Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the deposit amount is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 business days before your event date. However, in the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 business days before the scheduled event date. In the event that booking the non refundable deposit fee has been received and contract has not been signed within 48hrs booking will be canceled and a new deposit must be made in order rebook your date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Deposit fees are to hold dates for your event date, by not returning contracts within (48hrs) after booking, the deposit fees will not be valid to transfer for a new available date and a new deposit fee will be needed in order to book your dates.
