Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy โ 360 Exposure Photo Booth All bookings require a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 5 days before the event date. Cancellations made 20 days or more before the event may receive a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer. Cancellations made within 19 days of the event are non-refundable, as the date has been reserved exclusively for the client. If the event is rescheduled, the retainer may be transferred to a new date at the time of rescheduling, subject to availability. 360 Exposure Photo Booth reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with a partial refund issued for any payments made.
